Programme of works
The homes at Walthamstow Stadium require a programme of remediation works to resolve issues found on the scheme. Some of these are health and safety works which are currently being managed by our delivery team.
We are also leading on the formulation, procurement, and execution of the wider programme of works to correct the issues with the original build.
We plan to do whatever works are necessary to ensure residents at Walthamstow Stadium have a high-quality home to move back to.
Once the full programme of works is published, we will be able to share it here.

The Stadium Place Tenants and Residents Association (TRA):
Meet the TRA and find out more about what they do at Walthamstow Stadium.
The TRA represents the interests of all tenants and leaseholders at Walthamstow Stadium. It promotes the rights and needs of residents in relation to the maintenance and improvement of housing conditions, amenities, and the local environment.
The TRA meets at least four times a year and holds an AGM once a year.
The TRA committee for 2025/26 is:
